Adult Epee Membership (13+)

From Beginner to Tactical Competitor

After completing either the Youth Epee or Adult Epee beginner program, fencers can continue their development through STL Fencing Club’s Epee Membership. This program is designed for fencers who want more strip time, deeper instruction, and consistent training opportunities.

Training Format & Schedule

Epee members are encouraged to arrive at 6:00 PM, when the Youth Epee class is in session. During this time, adult and experienced fencers may warm up, fence, or spar on available strips. Once the youth class concludes, the Adult Epee class begins, allowing members to combine open fencing with structured instruction in one continuous training evening.

This format maximizes fencing time while keeping instruction focused and age-appropriate.

Friday Night Open Fencing
Weekly open sparring sessions to sharpen timing, tactics, and competitive awareness

Expert Lesson Plans
Instruction developed by competitive epee coaches, emphasizing tactics, distance control, and technical refinement
