Join our Adult Foil Beginner Class at STL Fencing Club and take your first step into the exciting world of fencing. Designed for beginners ages 13 and up, this one-month program teaches the essential skills you need to start fencing with confidence.

Class Details:

• When: Mondays & Wednesdays, 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM
• Where: STL Fencing Club, St. Louis, MO
• Who: Teens and adults ages 13+
• Length: One month (8 sessions total)
• Equipment: All gear provided — no experience required

• Lunges and attacks for effective offense
